Once you've purchased the retreat ticket, you will receive an order confirmation and a separate email with a PDF download. The PDF includes retreat information, accommodation booking links and a registration link.

When:  10 October 2025 12:00 noon - 12 October 2025 4:30pm

Stitching room opening hours:

• Friday 10 October: 12:00 noon - 11 pm
• Saturday 11 October: 8 am - 11 pm
• Sunday 12 October: 8 am - 4:30pm

Where: Holiday Inn - Watford Junction, 65-67 Clarendon Rd, Watford WD17 1DS (20 mins by train from London Euston station)

Stitching Room capacity: 56 people (8 tables of 7)

The £159.00 retreat fee includes:

• access to the Stitching Room during the opening hours as above
• unlimited tea/coffee/water throughout the weekend and 2 pastry & fruit breaks per day
• Saturday and Sunday lunch - we'll have pizza lunch on Saturday and a 2 course buffet lunch on Sunday
• retreat swag bag
• access to retreat exclusive goodies
• access to vendors selling at the retreat
• option to take part in Smalls Exchange, Freebie table and Destash
• chance to win high quality prizes in a charity raffle (some tickets included in your ticket, option to buy more during the weekend and support charity)

Swan Bay Fabrics (hand-dyed fabrics and a range of patterns), Talking Dog Stitchery ONS (cross stitch patterns, overdyed threads, accessories), Korry's Little Shop (specialised embroidery thread shop with a vast range of overdyed threads and silks), crowsfeetstitching (Ruth Taylor, British cross stitch designer), Coffee Craft Fabrics (hand-dyed fabrics; notions and accessories), Ness Craft Room (hand-made project bags and folders) - and we'll also have a visit from the Historical Sampler Company on Saturday!

As always, the weekend will be jam packed with stitching, laughter, fun and making new friends and memories. All levels and all stitching styles are welcome - Stitch in London is here for everyone ❤️

The retreat fee does not include:

• transport to and from the retreat, or any kind of transfers
• accommodation
• any food or beverages not specified above
• parking (car park with plenty of parking available at the hotel, parking rate of £12 per 24hrs applies at the time of writing this; changes will be advised and applied by the reception staff at the hotel)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation on or before 29-August-2025 - you will receive a refund of the ticket price less the £25 deposit paid. 

Cancellations on or after 30-August-2025: All sales are final. We continue to accept cancellations (up until such time when it's practically possible, usually 2 weeks prior to the retreat but happy be flexible) if we can fill your spot with another retreat attendee to take your spot. We will refund you less the £25.00 deposit. We keep a waiting list and can support with finding an attendee to take your place at the retreat.

*If booking less than 2 weeks before the event, the sales are final and the ticket cannot be cancelled/refunded. Thank you for your understanding.*

Please note that in the event of cancelling retreat ticket, all attendees are responsible for cancelling any accommodation or travel arrangements made and any cancellation fees incurred through these arrangements.
