How does it work?

• once you've purchased this £25.00 deposit, you will receive an email with download link
• the link will give you access to PDF info pack with hotel room booking link (reserve now, pay at the hotel during retreat) and registration link to complete your attendee details
• Total cost of the 3-day retreat is £159.00 - the balance of £134 will be payable via PayPal invoice by 15th July ('Pay in 3' will be available on all invoices as optional PayPal instalment plan at NO additional cost to you)

RETREAT DETAILS:

When:  3 October 2025 12:00 noon - 5 October 2025 4:30pm

Stitching room opening hours:

• Friday 3 October: 12:00 noon - 11 pm
• Saturday 4 October: 8 am - 11 pm
• Sunday 5 October: 8 am - 4:30pm

Where: Holiday Inn - Watford Junction, 65-67 Clarendon Rd, Watford WD17 1DS (20 mins by train from London Euston station)

Stitching Room capacity: 56 people (8 tables of 7)

The £165.00 retreat fee includes:

• access to the Stitching Room during the opening hours as above
• unlimited tea/coffee/water throughout the weekend and 2 pastry & fruit breaks per day
• Saturday and Sunday lunch - we'll have pizza lunch on Saturday and a 2 course buffet lunch on Sunday
• retreat swag bag
• access to retreat exclusive goodies
• access to vendors selling at the retreat
• option to take part in Smalls Exchange, Freebie table and Destash
• chance to win high quality prizes in a charity raffle (some tickets included in your ticket, option to buy more during the weekend and support charity)
• and as usual, chance to win a prize for first place in a quiz

As always, the weekend will be jam packed with stitching, laughter, fun and making new friends and memories. All levels and all stitching styles are welcome - Stitch in London is here for everyone ❤️

The retreat fee does not include:

• transport to and from the retreat, or any kind of transfers
• accommodation - bookable separately at retreat discount, see info below
• any food or beverages not specified above
• parking at the venue (car park with plenty of parking available at the hotel, parking rate of £12 per 24hrs applies at the time of writing this; changes will be advised and applied by the reception staff at the hotel)

Hotel room booking details:

• the retreat rate offered is £117 for single occupancy / £125 double occupancy, including breakfast - link to book will be included in the downloadable PDF available upon purchasing this deposit ticket
• payment card details are required at the time of booking to secure the reservation but the payment will only be taken by the hotel during the retreat
• can be cancelled via phone or online no later than 5 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full booking amount will be payable
• the hotel room block will be available at this price until 5 weeks prior to arrival or until full block of rooms is used - if showing sold out, please reach out. We will try to increase the number of rooms available when possible!
• please note that in the event of cancelling your attendance at the retreat, you are responsible for cancelling any accommodation reservations made

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation on or before 22-August-2025 - you will receive a refund of the ticket price less the £25 deposit paid. 

Cancellations on or after 23-August-2025: All sales are final. We continue to accept cancellations (up until such time when it's practically possible, usually 2 weeks prior to the retreat but happy be flexible) if we can fill your spot with another retreat attendee to take your spot. We will refund you less the £25.00 deposit. We keep a waiting list and can support with finding an attendee to take your place at the retreat.

Please note that in the event of cancelling retreat ticket, all attendees are responsible for cancelling any accommodation or travel arrangements made and any cancellation fees incurred through these arrangements.
